GNEE steel is a steel grade consisting of C-Si-Mn, C-Si-Mn-Al and other similar component systems, obtained by quenching in a heat treatment process. This series of EN 10209 cold rolled steel coils are mainly used in ultra-high strength automotive parts, such as A-pillar, B-pillar, bumper beam, etc.

EN 10209 is used to manufacture EN 10209 cold rolled steel coil from the low-alloyed DC01EK, DC04EK, DC06EK, DC03ED, DC04ED and DC06ED steel grades for vitreous enamelling of rolled steel with a width of 600 mm or more and a thickness of 3 mm or less.
